Overview Of Core Components

Gantry-style bed structure, made of HT300 gray cast iron. It strictly undergoes two thermal aging treatments and one high-frequency aging treatment during processing to ensure the castings' material stability, achieving outstanding rigidity, stability, precision, and unparalleled dynamic response. The X, Y, and Z linear axes move on the base/bed. There is no load from the worktable or workpiece, and no interference from the cutting environment. This ensures low load during the movement of the X, Y, and Z axes, achieving high rigidity and stability. The A/C-axis rotary table is fixedly mounted on the base/bed, avoiding accuracy errors caused by movement of the A/C axes, and ensuring the precision of the rotation center during 5-axis simultaneous machining. 


All models in the series adopt a dual A-axis, dual DD (Direct Drive) rotary table. Both the A and C axes are equipped with Heidenhain encoders, achieving higher load capacity and longer-term precision. The linear guides for the three linear axes use German and Japanese ball linear guides (INA/Rexroth/THK). The ball screws for the three axes use German, Japanese (NSK/THK), and Taiwanese Hiwin brands. The spindle selected is an HSK series high-precision, high-torque motorized spindle. It effectively controls thermal elongation of the spindle, ensuring minimal accuracy errors caused by thermal deformation of the machine tools Z-axis.
